Server Rules and Disciplinary Actions

Welcome to our server! To ensure a fun, respectful, and fair experience for everyone, please familiarize yourself with the following rules. Breaking these rules may lead to temporary or permanent punishment, depending on the severity and frequency of the offense.

1. Inappropriate Usernames and Skins

Description: All usernames and skins must remain appropriate and inoffensive. Names or skins that contain offensive, discriminatory, or explicit content are prohibited.
Punishment: A permanent ban will be applied until the username or skin is changed.

2. Inappropriate In-Game Names (e.g., Item, Warp, or Nicknames)

Description: Names given to items, warps, nicknames, or any other in-game entities should be suitable for all players. Content that is offensive, explicit, or discriminatory is not allowed.
Punishment: 1-day ban for a first offense, escalating to a permanent ban if repeated.

3. DDoS/DoXXing (Server Attacks or Personal Information Exposure)

Description: Any attempt to compromise server performance (DDoS attacks) or expose another player’s private information (e.g., IP address, physical address) is strictly prohibited.
Punishment: Immediate blacklisting with no chance for appeal.

4. Impersonation of Staff Members

Description: Pretending to be a staff member by using misleading nicknames, tags, or messages is not allowed. This includes actions intended to deceive others into thinking you have authority on the server.
Punishment: Warning > 12-hour mute > 7-day ban > 30-day ban.

5. Mute/Ban Evasion

Description: If you’ve been muted or banned, attempting to evade punishment by using alternate accounts is not permitted. Evading punishment disrupts server moderation and results in stricter penalties.
Punishment: An IP mute/ban that is twice the length of the original punishment. Repeated attempts result in a permanent IP mute/ban.

6. Griefing

Description: Damaging another player’s structures, entities, or land within their claim area without permission is classified as griefing. Griefing diminishes the server’s community spirit and fairness.
Punishment: A 7-day ban for a first offense, escalating to a permanent ban after multiple infractions.

7. Claim Griefing

Description: Claiming or placing blocks near another player’s claimed area with the intent to cause disruption is not permitted.
Punishment: A warning for a first offense, leading to longer bans with each repeated violation.

8. Inappropriate Builds

Description: Builds that are deemed inappropriate (e.g., explicit, offensive, discriminatory, or against server rules/EULA) are not allowed.
Punishment: A 3-day ban for the first offense, with bans extending to 30 days for repeated incidents.

9. Stealing or Scamming

Description: Stealing items from claimed areas or engaging in fraudulent transactions with other players violates the spirit of fair play.
Punishment: Starts with a 3-day ban, escalating to a permanent ban upon repeated offenses.

10. TP Killing or Trapping

Description: Tricking players into teleporting to your location with the intent to kill or trap them is prohibited.
Punishment: A 3-day ban for the first offense, with a path to a permanent ban if repeated.

11. Alternate Account Limit

Description: Each player may only use up to two alternate accounts online at the same time. Exceeding this limit is considered an unfair advantage.
Punishment: A warning, followed by a series of escalating bans for continued violation.

12. Malicious Activities

Description: Engaging in activities designed to disrupt server stability or abuse game mechanics (e.g., lag machines, mega farms, item duplication) is strictly prohibited.
Punishment: Immediate blacklisting from the server.

13. IRL Trading

Description: Trading in-game items for real money, real-world services, or third-party cosmetics is not allowed, as it breaks server fairness and economy guidelines.
Punishment: A 14-day ban for the first offense, escalating to a permanent ban.

14. Disallowed Modifications and Hacked Clients

Description: Using hacked clients or any disallowed game modifications to gain unfair advantages is prohibited.
Punishment: A 30-day ban for the first offense, with a permanent IP ban for repeated offenses.

15. Macros and Scripts

Description: Using macros, scripts, or auto-clickers to automate in-game actions gives an unfair advantage and disrupts the server’s competitive balance.
Punishment: A 4-day ban initially, with an escalation to a permanent ban for repeated offenses.

16. X-ray and Auto Miners

Description: Mods or resource packs that allow players to see through blocks or mine automatically for resources like ores are prohibited.
Punishment: A 7-day ban for a first offense, leading to a permanent ban upon further use.

17. Exploiting Bugs

Description: Exploiting game-breaking bugs is prohibited. Players are encouraged to report bugs, which may lead to rewards.
Punishment: Permanent ban for exploiting bugs.

18. Inappropriate Language

Description: NSFW content, excessive swearing, sexual remarks, or any language deemed inappropriate is not allowed.
Punishment: Begins with a warning and escalates to longer mutes if the behavior continues.

19. DDoS, SWAT, or DoXX Threats

Description: Any threats of DDoS, SWAT, or doxxing, even if meant as a joke, are strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate ban.
Punishment: Permanent ban.

20. Spamming and Excessive Caps

Description: Repeatedly sending the same message or using excessive capitalization disrupts chat and is not allowed.
Punishment: Starts with a warning and escalates to mutes if behavior persists.

21. Hate Speech and Racism

Description: Comments that are hateful, discriminatory, or racist are strictly prohibited and will be treated with zero tolerance.
Punishment: Permanent ban.

22. Excessive Toxicity

Description: Toxic behavior that goes beyond light banter and becomes hostile or disruptive is not allowed.
Punishment: A mute of escalating lengths, leading to a permanent mute for persistent offenses.

23. Blatant Advertisement

Description: Advertising other Minecraft servers, websites, or Discord servers by posting links or IP addresses is prohibited.
Punishment: Permanent ban.

24. Light Advertisement

Description: Mentioning other servers or platforms (e.g., Hypixel, Google) lightly is allowed, but extensive promotion is not.
Punishment: A warning, escalating to a 3-day ban if behavior persists.

25. Harassment

Description: Harassment or personal attacks towards players or groups of players will not be tolerated.
Punishment: A 1-day ban for the first offense, escalating to a permanent ban for repeated harassment.

26. Persistent Foreign Language Usage in Chat

Description: While English is the main language, occasional use of other languages is fine. However, excessive use is disruptive and should be avoided.
Punishment: A warning, leading to mutes of increasing lengths for continued use.

27. Malicious Links or Files

Description: Sharing links or files intended to harm others (e.g., malware, phishing links) is strictly prohibited.
Punishment: Permanent ban.

28. Abusing the Ticket System

Description: Creating false claims, trolling, or spamming the support ticket system is not permitted.
Punishment: Initial kick from Discord, leading up to a permanent ban from the Discord server.

29. Failure to Follow Discord Terms of Service/Guidelines

Description: Breaking Discord’s Terms of Service or community guidelines will result in blacklisting from our server's Discord.
Punishment: Blacklisted from the Discord server.
